Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns for wrong size shirts or faulty items.
Due to the nature of the product that we offer, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you don’t like the shirt provided. The concept of the Mystery Box is to receive a random shirt, and this purpose would be defeated if we allowed customers to return shirts if they didn't receive a specific shirt they were hoping for. Please do not send back items without authorisation.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mymysteryshirt.co.uk (please include order number). If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly recommend that you send it via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery with full insurance value as we will not be responsible for any lost items. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
